Our team handled 31,621 transactions, with 1,136 actions successfully blocked, preventing potential fraud attempts. This proactive approach resulted in $110,982 in blocked adjustments, protecting the company’s revenue and reinforcing customer trust.
In addition to financial security, we conducted 40 detailed investigations, ensuring a thorough review of any flagged activities. Customer satisfaction (CSAT) averaged 102% of the target goal, and quality assurance (QA) met 101% of the goal, underscoring our commitment to delivering high-quality support alongside rigorous fraud prevention.
